Terroir

Our vineyard spans the prestigious appellations of Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac, covering a total of 14.5 hectares. The landscape is adorned with meticulously cultivated vines, primarily Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, with an average vine age of 40 years. The very foundation of our exceptional wines lies in the distinct clay-limestone soil that nurtures these vines.

This unique soil composition is a key player in crafting wines of remarkable value and character, boasting a profile rich in fresh, crisp fruitiness and an impressive potential for aging. At our vineyard, we embrace sustainable practices, refraining from herbicides and instead nurturing the soil meticulously between rows.

Every vine receives dedicated care to control its yield and enhance its fruitfulness. Pruning, debudding, and green harvesting are just some of the attentive measures we employ. We go the extra mile to ensure optimal grape maturity by carefully managing leaf density and separating crowded grapes, all contributing to wines that truly embody the essence of our terroir.
